Palace striker Stern John joins Ipswich

CRYSTAL Palace striker Stern John has joined Ipswich on a one-month loan deal - a story we exclusively revealed earlier today.

The forward is set to make his Tractor Boys debut in Saturday's match at Cardiff.

John has only recently returned to full fitness after dislocating his shoulder on his debut for Palace on the opening day of the season.

The temporary switch to Ipswich will allow him to gain match sharpness.
