THEY haven’t got a catchy nickname but Crystal Palace’s attacking trio of Glenn Murray, Wilf Zaha and Yannick Bolasie have clicked where it counts - on the pitch.

The Liverpool frontline of Luis Suarez and Daniel Sturridge were called the new SAS - replacing Alan Shearer and Chris Sutton, who were previously handed the tag at Blackburn.

That was never going to work when it came to grouping the Palace
triumvirate. But that doesn’t mean they don’t fit together perfectly.

Murray, Zaha and Bolasie were the scourge of Championship defences in the club’s play-off winning campaign.

It led to an England cap for Zaha and eventually a £15million move to Manchester United.

Murray banged in 31 goals as Palace climbed out of the Championship, only to suffer a serious knee injury in the first leg of the play-offs against his
former club Brighton.

The combination was broken up. But in recent weeks it has finally been restored.
