Charlton Athletic 2 Nottingham Forest 1

CHARLTON ground out three more points in a difficult game against Nottingham Forest, as Frederic Bulot's brace answered Michail Antonio's solitary strike.

Guy Luzon was forced to ring the changes due to injury and fatigue. Johann Berg Gudmundsson, Chris Solly and Roger Johnson missed out, seeing Alou Diarra and Joe Gomez pairing up in central defence. Lawrie Wilson went to right-back, with Callum Harriott on the right wing.

Jordan Cousins, Yoni Buyens and Bulot completed the midfield, with Tony Watt and Igor Vetokele resuming their partnership up top.

Charlton were in front as early as the seventh minute. They may have been missing Gudmundsson, but Bulot was more than happy to take on free-kick duties. The Gabon international curled a beauty past Karl Darlow’s outstretched right hand.
