Eagles interested in Leeds frontman

Tuesday, 26 June 2012

CRYSTAL Palace are keen on Leeds United striker Ross McCormack as they look to bring in a prolific goalscorer this summer.

The Eagles have made boosting their attacking threat a priority and the £750,000-valued striker, 25, who recently rejected a new contract from the Yorkshire giants, is on their list of targets.

1.leeds do not have to sell players to buy new players. 2.if leeds get investment in the next few weeks mccormack will be offered a better deal. 3.mccormack as got a price on his head of 2.5 mil (any club offering that can take him) 4. we would rather let him go for free and take the goals that he will scor than let him go for a fraction of his value . 750k lol what a joke

very poor standard for a striker in any division below league one. we have got better in glenn murray. it would be like signing a poor mans alan lee! no thanks. next..

Scot 1. He’s into his last year of his contract. 2. He’s rejected a new contract from Leeds. 3. Leeds have to sell in order to buy new players(see Joel Ward transfer for more) 4. A player is worth only what people are willing to pay, £2m is speculation. 5. It’s either £750,000 now or get nothing next season. I know which Bates would choose.
